Very nicely done…I really feel that I’ve been seeing his work most of my life, and now I know who the man behind the curtain is…thanks for sharing this info.
My favorites of the poster you showed could be Gold-BladeRunner Silver- Indiana Jones and Temple of Doom…Bronze-Again to the longer term.
It is a shame that laptop poster artwork pretty much ran him out of business….this stuff go in cycles so I’m certain his type of poster will likely be back….and at sixty four…he could still have just a few masterpieces left in him
Voted up and awesome.

Hi Flora, I much desire the hand painted movie posters of yesteryear to the picture montages of at present, which largely include head shots of the actors. I’m not shocked a lot of those old posters sell for 1000’s of dollars at public sale.
That Again to the longer term poster is a favorite, I remember wondering what that thing was behind Michael J. Island Fox until I noticed the movie and realised it was the door of the car. 🙂

I need to admit that most of the films for which you supplied the posters I haven’t seen. Just the type of films, I assume, as properly because the era are the explanations. my favourite film of them is Again to the long run. As I little bit of bias being a fan of Fox, I might in all probability say this even when I had seen more of those motion pictures. Relating to the checklist of film titles you list by title, with or without a poster shown, I have seen 10 of them-and 3 of these star Fox. I’m not shocked Struzan had to film to comedian books. I do stone island lille know digital art lets you do issues by no means attainable before, however it some ways I feel it simply decreases the quantity of creative inginuity by particular person artists. I have all the time seen, to return to motion pictures, the next diploma of art in the hand drawn pictures of Disney movies of previous within the 2D form, than within the Pixar sort of animation which might do it sooner and extra efficiently.
